If you've ever been to Milwaukee's classic cocktail lounge At Random, you've no doubt been served one of their incredible boozy ice cream concoctions topped with a simple butter cookie.

These little treats are so ingrained in the history of the bar, you'll see stacks of them behind the bar, and they go through hundreds of them every week.

Here's our homage to this fun little piece of history whose use at the bar dates all the way back to when it first opened its doors in 1964. If ya know... ya know!
